Meta Research

I am a UX Researcher on the Payments and Commerce team at Facebook. My work focuses on understanding seller and buyer needs and experience on Facebook. Prior to working at Facebook, I was a Service Designer at a bank and led research to improve end-to-end experiences and build new services. I have a Master’s degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London where my focus was on building sustainable services.
