The mission of Global Operations is to provide world-class human operations at a global scale to maximize benefit of stakeholders and minimize harm on Meta platforms. With a doctorate in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University and 15+ years of experience in corporate learning, I focus on developing and researching the effectiveness of tools to support the learning and performance of a global workforce focused on safety and integrity.
