I am a mixed methods UX Researcher on the Connections team at Facebook. I use a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to study why and how people in emerging markets use social media to share and stay in touch. Equipped with these insights, I advise product teams on how to deliver a delightful product experience.
I received my PhD in education from Stanford University where I conducted research in educational psychology, learning sciences, and technology design. I have an MSc in computer science and human-computer interaction from Stanford University.
