I’m a Qualitative UX Researcher with Community Integrity, based in Seattle. I work with the Dangerous Content teams, focusing on foundational research to better understand negative experiences users have on Facebook. I work to understand how we can prevent negative experiences in the first place, and how to care for people that have had those experiences.
Prior to Facebook, I worked in multiple small and large technology companies in the Pacific Northwest where I had the opportunity to influence products from enterprise technologies, smart home devices, communication tools, and wearable technology. I received both my Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science from the University of Washington.
