Quantitative UX Researcher
I am a social psychologist and quantitative UX researcher on the Oculus team. I earned my PhD in psychological and brain sciences and MA in advanced quantitative research methods from UC Santa Barbara where my research focused on applications of virtual reality for measuring and influencing social psychological phenomena as well as using latent variable models to sort variance in large datasets.
As a member of the Oculus team, I analyze log data, design and analyze exploratory and experimental surveys, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement machine learning algorithms to better understand the experience of our virtual reality owners. When I’m not at Facebook HQ, you can find me at the ocean with my husband and dogs.
