Meta Research

I am a mixed methods UX researcher supporting businesses of all different types. I have been at Facebook since 2018, working on products such as Business Manager, Business Settings, and more, all related to helping businesses set themselves up for success in our ecosystem. Prior to Facebook, I spent most of my time working as a Human Factors Engineer in government positions for the US Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific and NASA Ames Research Center where I primarily focused on decision support and situation awareness systems. I have an MS in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University, and a BA in Psychology from University of California at Irvine. I get excited about creative methods and developing in-depth programs of research.
