Meta Research

I’m a user experience researcher working on Meta’s Business Design team. I apply human-centered design and customer-driven innovation methods to help teams understand needs of people and businesses and shape product strategy. I love working with a company that operates on a global scale, for both working with people from all over the world as well as doing research across the planet. Since I joined Meta I have led research projects in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Meta, I worked as researcher, project manager in research and information designer at eBay, the Georgia Institute of Technology, Research Studios Austria, the University of Salzburg and ORF. I hold a master’s degree in human-computer interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
