Meta Research

I am a UX researcher currently supporting the Ads and Pages team at Facebook. Since 2005, I have helped organizations design various products and services. Some examples are telecommunication service offerings, workflow-based hospital information system, behavioral modification program for obesity patients, in-car tablet, consumer-facing social media campaign, and e-commerce website. I have extensive experience in designing solutions in the area of healthcare. Prior to Facebook, I was a design researcher at IBM Design helping design enterprise mobile platform. I received my master’s degree in human-computer interaction from Georgia Tech, and my bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
