I joined Facebook in February 2015 and help drive UX research initiatives for the Platform team that provides integration technologies and services for developers, publishers, and consumers to connect with information off and on Facebook. What I love most about Facebook Platform is the complexity and diversity of customers we serve around the world, and the opportunity we have to serve as the bridge to help them all connect. Prior to Facebook, I worked at Intuit, BMC enterprise software, and American Institutes for Research. Along the way, I also started a small business with my husband and wore multiple hats that ranged from marketing, design, customer relations, business strategy, IT support, event manager, and even janitor when needed! I have a Masters in Psychology and Counseling with a cross-cultural emphasis, and a BS in Human Development from University of California Davis.
