I joined Facebook in July 2017 and work on real-time video-based technologies for mobile devices. Prior to Facebook, I was CTO and co-founder of fayteq, a German startup company offering technology for advanced video enhancement.
In 2009 I received my PhD in advanced real-time video manipulation from Ilmenau University of Technology in Germany. I hold a master’s degree in computer science from RWTH Aachen University, 2008.
