Kostas Kononovas
UX Researcher
I am a UX researcher working in the Ads team. We are developing new ads and my team is specifically interested in creators. I also worked with a team developing new ads for small businesses. Previously I worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a lead researcher and at Government Digital Service as a senior researcher. Before shifting to the digital world, I worked as a researcher in various organizations including the United Nations, London City Hall, British Red Cross, and University College London. I studied social and cultural psychology at the LSE.
