Meta Research

I am a Senior Mixed-methods UX Researcher at Facebook Reality Labs (FRL), collaboratively developing delightful software experiences on emerging hardware. I’m energized by 0-to-1 spaces and hard questions. Prior to this role at FRL, I led the Experience Research team for Nike’s e-commerce Flagships (Nike.com and the Nike app). The four years before that I was at Instagram Product Research, working on experiences across Instagram: Messaging, Threads, Camera, Stories, Hashtags, Profile, Feed, and others. Identity and belonging are common threads through the last decade of my work. I received my PhD and MA in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and a BA in Psych from Northwestern. I live in Seattle with my husband Michael and our dog Moira.
