Participant Management Program Manager, AR/VR
I am a Research Program Manager on the AR/VR Research Operations team. I focus on collaborating with researchers and cross-functional partners to optimize research recruitment process and policies across qualitative research projects and build strategic programs that impact our user research teams.
Prior to joining Facebook in 2017, I worked in the market research industry for 3+ years specializing in the video game and entertainment industry where I managed the Research Operations team on recruiting and logistics. I received my B.S. degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Decision Sciences from San Jose State University along with my A.A. in Letters and Science and A.S. in Business Administration.
