I am a Research Scientist in the Novi Economics team at Meta. I work on the applied microeconomic aspects of the Diem cryptocurrency with a particular emphasis on financial inclusion. Prior to joining Meta, I completed a PhD in Public Policy at Harvard University, studying informational frictions and accountability in developing countries. I received my undergraduate education from Williams College and worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan before starting my PhD.
