I lead the UX Research Team in APAC dedicated to making connections between people and businesses seamless and delightful through the use of Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp. My team and I partner with local vendors in various countries who have a deep understanding of the local languages and cultures to inform and improve the commercial uses of Meta's messaging platforms. My background in Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction, along with my team's multi-method research approach, allows us to gain valuable insights through real user data to inspire, innovate, and create user-centric commerce products.
