I am a Machine Learning Engineer in the Video Recommendations Core Ranking team at Meta. I develop cutting-edge ML algorithms to enhance the accuracy and impact of video recommendations used by billions of users worldwide. My algorithms power the recommendation engine for Facebook Watch, which reaches over 1.25 billion users monthly (as of September 2020). Prior to this role, I was in the Ads team developing innovative Ads solutions driving revenue for the company.

In addition to my work at Meta, I have served as a reviewer and program committee member for numerous ML conferences, including AISTATS, WebConf (WWW), ECIR, and journals in the areas of recommender systems, information retrieval, and machine learning. Apart from this I have published various papers in top-tier conferences in recommendation systems and machine learning.

Before joining Meta, I completed a dual degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and MS in CS specializing in ML from Georgia Tech.
