I am a User Experience Researcher working at Facebook on the Facebook App Monetization team.
Prior to Facebook, I spent 8 years working in education across the fields of educational counseling, test prep, instructional design, educational psychology research, and educational technology design. I have an MS in Learning Analytics, and a PhD in Cognitive Science in Education from Columbia University.
My work focuses on how people’s thoughts and motivations affect knowledge construction, behavior and decision making over time. I work in mixed methods including survey, experimental design, interview, case study development, and a wide range of UX Research methods.
