Meta Research

I’m a user experience researcher on the Workplace by Facebook team in London. Prior to Facebook I worked for Travelport as the founding member and lead Researcher for their digital wing and also as the Senior Researcher in Paddy Power Betfair where I got the opportunity to do research in both the online and retail space. I completed my M.A in International Relations in DCU, Ireland and interned at European Parliament in Brussels. Since then have been focused on better understanding user motivations and behavior when interacting with digital products.

I particularly enjoy doing qualitative research as I get to delve a little deeper into peoples’ mindsets to figure out why they do what they do. I also love taking to the people who use the products that I work on.
