I’m a mixed methods UX researcher in the Communities Product Group at Facebook. Prior to joining Facebook, I was a PhD student in the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, where I conducted my thesis on improving engagement and collaboration in online innovation contest communities. I also hold an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University.
