UX Researcher
I’m a UX researcher on the Entertainment team, currently focused on Gaming. I primarily focus on qualitative methods including interviews, surveys, interactive workshops, focus groups and creative exercises to develop impactful user-centered design decisions. Before joining Facebook I conducted research across a wide spectrum of industries including technology, education and museums. Through research I have contributed to the improvement of apps, websites, digital learning experiences and in-person learning experiences. I completed a master’s in museum education from Bank Street College of Education, gaining training and experience as a teacher of all ages in informal learning environments. I continue to draw on my background in Museum Education when working to understand and support people exploring the world they live in—whether it’s learning to navigate a newly redesigned app, or learning how to find information relevant to their lives and interests.
