Hi there! I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher within the Commerce team, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and improve commerce across Facebook’s apps. Prior to joining Facebook, I worked in Sony PlayStation’s Experience Lab, working with game developers to understand and improve game play experiences. I received my PhD from the University of Chicago.
