I am a Research Scientist on the Core Data Science team at Meta. I am broadly interested in using statistical modeling and machine learning to solve practical problems. Before Meta, I worked at WalmartLabs on online sales forecasting and competitor prices crawling strategy. I received my PhD in statistics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where my thesis work was in signal identification and selection inference for penalized regression methods. Before that, I received my B.S. from Tsinghua University, major in Mathematics and Physics.
