Research Scientist
I am a Research Scientist on the Meta AI Research (FAIR) team, which I joined as a postdoctoral researcher in 2015. Prior to Meta, I was a postdoctoral fellow in Emmanuel Dupoux’s team at École Normale Supérieure in Paris, working on reverse-engineering the acquisition of language in babies. I received my PhD in Bayesian modeling applied to real-time strategy games AI from University of Grenoble in 2012. I programmed a bot that came 4th in AAAI AIIDE 2012 StarCraft AI competition. Even before that (2009), I worked on inductive logic programming applied to systems biology at the national institute of informatics in Tokyo.
