I am a UX Researcher at Facebook. My research focuses on understanding the experiences of people who use the Facebook Dating app, to inform evidence-based improvements. Before joining Facebook, I pursued my PhD in Developmental Psychology at New York University, completed my post-doctoral training at Yale University, and dedicated 5 years to rigorous impact evaluations of social policies in the U.S and abroad.
