Director and Head of Research for Facebook App Commerce
I am a Researcher who made my way into the UX research world after a career spent in consumer and market research. At Facebook, I am the Director and Head of Research for Facebook App Commerce, where I lead a talented team of researchers working to help unlock economic opportunity for people and businesses around the world. Prior to Facebook, I spent my career in the CPG industry at The Procter & Gamble Company, where I worked in a variety of roles, including leading end-to-end research teams on iconic consumer brand portfolios, shopper and retailer insights, and corporate strategy. I received my BA from Mercyhurst University, where my focus was on Intelligence Studies.

Qualitative research methods, community building, strategy development, championing a more inclusive and equitable work environment
