We are pleased to announce the winners of the Instagram Research Awards for Social Technologies. Instagram’s mission is to bring you closer to the people and things you love. To do that, we need to continue deepening our understanding of how people engage with social media in a variety of ways. With these awards, Instagram is supporting new and innovative research to understand the effects of social media on personal well-being and social commerce around the world. The findings from this research will be shared publicly with the research community. No Instagram data will be provided to award recipients.
