Research

I am a PhD candidate in Department of Information Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, advised by Dr. Stephen Voida. My research program investigates the role of future technologies in our everyday lives for the art of living in an uncertain world by drawing methods and theories from design and social sciences and deploying humanistic epistemological commitments. I am currently interested in how technology can be designed to foster critical reflection and what future technologies are needed for supporting remote workers' productivity and wellness. I earned an MA in Human-Computer Interaction in the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Yonsei University.
