I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University, advised by Ari Juels and located at the NYC Cornell Tech campus. My research focuses on the scalability and security of blockchains and blockchain applications. In particular, my work aims to establish the formal foundations of blockchain scaling and discover principles for designing scalable blockchain protocols without sacrificing security or decentralization. Meanwhile, my work also attempts to build secure and privacy-preserving systems for real-world applications with blockchains as a building block.
