Research

I’m a Computer Science PhD candidate at Cornell University, advised by Professor Christopher De Sa. My research interests are in the broad areas of building scalable and provably correct machine learning systems, and my projects have touched on communication compression, model compression, decentralization, sample ordering, etc. My research on decentralized learning won the Outstanding Paper Award Honorable Mention at ICML 2021. Prior to Cornell, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. For more information, please visit my website.
