Yao-Hung Hubert Tsai is a Ph.D. student in Machine Learning at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Louis-Philippe Morency and Ruslan Salakhutdiniov. His goal is to understand computational and statistical principals in spoken language modeling. Then, use these principals to enhance representation interpretability and improve data efficiency. Before coming to CMU, he received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
