Research

I am a PhD student in the Department of Communication at Cornell University, advised by Dr. Natalie Bazarova. My research interests lie at the intersection of new communication technology, interpersonal communication, and well-being. Specifically, I am interested in studying how new communication technologies, such as smartphones and social media, affect self-disclosure, social support, relationship initiation and development, and well-being and mental health.
